Open House #2

The second place I looked at is a 4 bedroom/1 Bath house. Its a little farther north than I wanted to go, but I thought I'd take a look at it anyway. It's located on a one-way street, across the street from a cemetery.

The main floor consists of a sun porch, living room, dining room, kitchen, office, and one bedroom.
They're currently using the main floor bedroom as a sewing room.
The kitchen is older, but cute. It's got a lot of space to move around, but the counter space is somewhat limited.

Off the kitchen is the stairs to the second floor. The turn at the bottom would make moving difficult.

The only bathroom is located at the top of the stairs. It's a bit dated. Click on the image for a larger view of the tiled tub.

The smallest bedroom is big enough for a twin bed and maybe a dresser. That's about it.
The second largest bedroom has some fun character in the slanted wall, but it has a nook in the back without a door that is open to look out over the stairs. It's hard to explain, but very odd.

The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings. It's very large, but due to the low ceilings on two walls, not much space to put things.

There's a real lack of closet space. This is in the master bedroom.Back yard/Garage off the alley.

This house has a lot of character, but would need some work. It's got a lot of space to move around, but having only one bathroom on the second floor would be inconvenient.
