The third place I looked at is a small 2 bedroom house. It has a detached two-car garage that is obviously leaning a lot. The realtor claims it hasn't moved in at least the 8 years that this guy has lived there.
The guy currently living here is a contractor. It's easy to tell from the beautifully redone kitchen. He did a nice job, but its still small. There's not a lot of counter space, and I don't know that my dining table would fit.
Laundry and storage downstairs. The basement is not finished at all, but there are shelves and counter space for laundry and shelves around other walls for storage.
The bathroom is nice.
The second bedroom is good for an office, but fairly small. 
The master bedroom has about enough room for this double bed and a dresser. The closets are also small.
I like what's been done to fix this house up (other than the garage), but I just think its too small.
