The building is 40 - 60 years old and everything in the unit is definitely dated. It was very well kept up, but obviously old. Formica counters and cabinets, harvest gold appliances (except the stove and microwave which had been replaced). Even the light fixtures left something to be desired. They'd painted and replaced the carpets. The hardwood floor in the 'family room' was nice. I think you'd almost have to use that room as a dining room, but the layout leaves something to be desired. The last strike against it is there are no pets allowed.

Too bad they don't allow pets.
Even though it's dated, it looked like it has potential.
