Today's Showing

The place I looked at today is a townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It's two levels with an unfinished basement and a one-car garage.

It's an end unit, near a semi-busy street. Here's a rough floor plan.
I had looked at another unit in the same complex, with the same floor plan two days ago. That unit was listed for less, but hadn't had any remodeling done.

This unit has laminate wood flooring in the kitchen and dining area, granite counter-tops in the kitchen, and ceramic tile in the bath and foyer. They did a nice job with those things. They also painted all the cabinetry and added new hardware to make it look nicer. It's still the old cabinets, though. My impression is they did what they could to make it look nice so it would sell.
